A Non-Profit 501 (C) (3) organization saw a need for outreach in the home ownership sector. As a result of that, Dream House Foundation was established in California, but has a nationwide reach. With our objectives in mind, we work hard to ensure quality and attainable housing is available for individuals and families across a wide- range of incomes and ethnicities.

Meet Our Executive Team

Jeremy Turner, Founder & CEO

Jeremy brings over a decade of experience in capital raising, mortgage lending, business development, real estate acquisitions, real estate developing and capping this achievement by raising over $30 million for a leading real estate investment group. Understanding the value of home ownership, is community enrichment and generational financial accumulation. Jeremy has always had a passion for real estate and with his dedication to community outreach, it was a simple decision to start a housing program that was tailored for the community and neighborhoods that needed more assistance.

Dream House Foundation, has created a unique program that helps potential home buyers with down payment assistance, allowing home ownership to a wider swath of buyers from diverse communities. Jeremy recognized a void in the housing market and is poised to capitalize on this opportunity while giving back to communities nationwide.

Jeremy’s admiration for public service and real estate has been the cornerstone of his commitment. Combining his leadership skills and dedication, has proven to be  a perfect match to helping miniorities achieve sustainable and affordable housing, through home ownership. Growing up in South Central Los Angeles, Jeremy understands the heartbeat of his community and wanted to give back by creating a unique down payment assistance program, for same community that raised him.

Jeremy holds an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts with an Emphasis in Economics and a Bachelor of Communication and Business Degree from the University of Idaho.
