First Step To Achieving The American Dream

All potential home buyers must fill out the Grant Application Form to get approved by Dream House Foundation. Dream House Foundation is proud to serve all potential home buyers who is looking for assistance with their down payment. Home buyers must also register and complete an online HUD Education Course, provided buy our affilates/partners. Once the home buyer completes the education course, home buyer will receive a HUD Certificate of completion.

Making Education A Priority

Dream House Foundation promotes home ownership education. Dream House Foundation wants to serve the community in all facets of the home buying process. By providing and promoting education, it gives the home buyer a better chance to stay in their home for years to come.

Dream House Foundation does require an application fee, prior to recieving the grant application. Dream House Foundation wants to make sure home buyers are committed about home ownership, and want the home buyers to be dedicated, throughout the proces.

Once the application fee has be accepted, the home buyer will be directed to the grant application form. Applicant will fill the application out and submit. Once submitted, Dream House Foundation will confirm the submission, and within 72hrs, determine if the applicant has been approved or not. For verification purposes, approved applicants will receive a phone call from Dream House Foundation, to confirm the information that was submitted is accurate.
